Web Orders
After placing a web order you will receive an order confirmation along with an order number at the email address you provided during the checkout process. If you do not receive an order confirmation please check your emails’ spam/junk folders.
Shipping
We typically ship your order within 1-2 business days after an order has been received. However, there may be instances when we see an increased number of orders, thus delaying shipping by a day or two.
Tracking information will be provided as your order ships. Please keep in mind it may take a day or two for shipping information to update with the carriers. If you do not receive tracking information after 3-4 days from your order please check your emails’ spam/junk folder. If nothing can be found then please reach out to us via our contact page providing your order number and we will assist.
At this time we do not have the ability to upgrade shipping methods via the website. If you need your order faster please call us at (574) 259-1188 to speak with someone at the business to aid in expediting your order.
In-Store Pick-Up
In-store pick-up is available for those who would like to utilize that option! We strive to have orders ready for pick-up within 2 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up. If you do not receive an email from us within two hours of your order please check your spam/junk folder.
Returns/Refunds
If for some reason you find you need to return part or all of your order please contact us prior to shipping your order back to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must meet these terms:
- All items must be returned within 30 days of the ship date
- Items must be in new/unused/unaltered condition with manufacturer tags attached or in the package
- It is your responsibility to make sure all products are returned to us (we recommend using a shipping method with tracking)
- We do not issue credits for shipping unless there is an error on our part
- We will not accept packages with “postage due”
- Any “personalized” items are not eligible for returns or exchange
- If an item in new condition is returned damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return
- Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue a credit to your original form of payment – please keep in mind it can take anywhere from 4 to 8 business days for refunds to show up on your bill statement
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns (see above). To exchange an item please call the store at 574-259-1188 so we can walk you through the process.
We will process and ship the exchange after we have received the original order. You will also receive a confirmation email and tracking number for the exchange.
The first exchange is free. Additional shipping will be required if any further exchanges beyond the first are needed.
